The Benzie County Clerk is Clerk of the 19th Judicial Circuit Court and is the first records contact for circuit felony, circuit civil, family, and related circuit files. The office is at the Upper Level Government Center, 448 Court Place, Suite 200, Beulah, MI 49617. Its published telephone number is (231) 882-9671 ext. 2, and regular published hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except major holidays.

For a request, identify the court, case number, document or docket entry, and whether a plain or certified copy is required. Ask the custodian about current charges, payment, delivery, record restrictions, and any approved mail, fax, or email procedure before submitting a request.
